Angela Marie Rinehart is the Broker/Owner of 1718 Ventures, LLC, a commercial real estate firm based in New Orleans. She represents classic brands and innovative concepts in restaurant and retail. Specializing in tenant & buyer representation, she helps brands expand into traditional retail spaces, as well as resort markets and non-traditional spaces across the U.S.

A native of Austin, Texas, Angela has a B.B.A. in Marketing from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from the Embrey Real Estate Finance & Development Program at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

She has worked for real estate developers in Austin, Houston and San Antonio, and started her commercial real estate brokerage firm in 2008. Her community involvement includes serving on the Planning Commission for the City of San Antonio, being a founding member of the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative chapters in New Orleans and San Antonio and serving on the Real Estate Council of San Antonio Executive Committee.
